  • Payment information: invoicing details (we do not store full payment card numbers; payments are processed through third-party payment providers where applicable)

If you apply to collaborate with us as a director, DOP, editor, writer, actor, or other creative talent, we may also collect your portfolio, reel, résumé, and professional references.

  • Freelancers and vendors working on your specific project (e.g., a DOP, editor, or location scout), limited to what they need to do the job

  • Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law

We require anyone we share your data with to handle it responsibly and only for the purpose agreed.
